Request Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Abuja Marketplace account and associated personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where required by law or necessary for transaction, safety or dispute obligations.

Delete from your account

Sign in to Abuja Marketplace and open Settings → Profile. If the Delete account option is available, follow the confirmation steps. Do not proceed unless you intend to delete your account.

Request deletion on the web

Visit Customer Care, choose the Account category, set the subject to Account deletion request, and enter the email address linked to your account. You may also email support@abujamarketplace.com. Do not send your password or payment-card details.

What happens to your data

We will review the request, verify account ownership as appropriate, and explain any information that cannot immediately be removed because of lawful recordkeeping or unresolved transactions. Contact us through Customer Care if you have questions.
