These terms govern use of Abuja Marketplace's website and Android app. By using the service, you agree to these terms and applicable policies.

Marketplace platform

Abuja Marketplace helps buyers discover products and communicate or transact with independent sellers. Sellers are responsible for their listings, product accuracy, stock, lawful goods, and fulfilling confirmed obligations. Buyers should review product descriptions, pricing and seller details before placing orders.

Accounts and conduct

Provide accurate registration information, keep login details secure, and do not impersonate others, post misleading listings, abuse communications, evade safety rules, or use the service for illegal or prohibited transactions. We may investigate reports and restrict accounts or listings that violate these terms or applicable law.

Orders and payments

Displayed checkout totals, applicable fees, payment options and order conditions should be reviewed before payment. Where Paystack is used, payment processing is subject to the provider's applicable terms. Order cancellation, returns and disputes depend on the order circumstances, published marketplace policies and applicable law.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup is available where offered. Delivery features and availability may vary and should not be assumed to be offered for every item or order. Always rely on the options and charges shown in the actual checkout process.

Messages, listings and content

Users are responsible for content they submit and must have rights to upload images, descriptions and other materials. Buyer–seller messages and special offers must be used lawfully and respectfully. We may moderate or remove content that violates marketplace rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and these terms may change; material changes will be posted as appropriate.
